Samuel Breslin focuses on criminal defense, personal injury litigation, and commerical litigation. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Sam worked as a Summer Law Clerk, and stayed on as the firm's only Law Clerk during his final year at Albany Law School.
While at Albany Law, Sam competed in various Moot Court competitions, was elected Executive Vice President of the Student Bar Association, worked as a Clinical Intern at the Federal Public Defender's office in Albany, and participated in the school's Pro Bono Society.
Prior to pursuing a legal career, Sam attended Tufts University, where he focused his studies on the history of American social movements. Sam's Senior Paper: Alcohol and America: A History of the Temperance Movement, Prohibition, and a Failed Social Experiment earned top grades in its study of the societal and legal repercussions of the prohibition movement. From 1999 to 2000, Sam lived in Quito, Ecuador as a Rotary Exchange Student, where he attended school and traveled extensively.
Sam is licensed to practice in State and Federal courts in both New York and Massachusetts, as well as in the Federal District Court for the District of Connecticut.
