Dreyer Boyajian has extensive experience in representing construction industry clients, such as owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, construction managers, developers, design professionals and surety companies, in connection with a wide variety of construction law matters. Effectively representing clients in the construction industry requires an in-depth understanding of each phase of the construction process as well as the applicable law. Our thorough understanding and working knowledge of each phase of the construction process and this area of the law allows us to offer our clients with effective expert insight and analysis that is well beyond the reach of a general practitioner of law.
Dreyer Boyajian strives to deliver pragmatic, practical and cost-effective legal advice and representation to our clients. Our central aim is to facilitate solutions to our clients' concerns and to quickly evaluate and resolve disputes before they escalate into litigation. We recognize that our clients' concerns concerning industry relationships, reputation and expense must be weighed against the illusory benefits of prevailing in litigation.
Dreyer Boyajian takes a comprehensive approach to protecting our clients' rights and interests by furnishing our clients with legal guidance and advice during all phases of the construction process. From contract planning, contracting and administering a project to resolving disputes through negotiation, arbitration and litigation, we make certain that our clients' interests are properly and efficiently advanced and protected.
Dreyer Boyajian routinely provides our construction industry clients with the following non-litigation services: general advice and counseling as to contract documents; preparation, analysis and negotiation of contract documents; and, assistance with contract bidding and bid protests.
