The legal question of whether one assumes the risk that they will become injured when they choose to participate in an activity such as bag-jumping can be answered only by looking at the specific facts of the case. Depending on the circumstances and causes of an injury, a defendant may still owe a duty to a plaintiff notwithstanding the nature of the activity.
